Putting together a 6m magnetic loop antenna from https://www.vhfloop.com in Canada and a brief test with antenna analyser and Racal VRM-5080 military transceiver. The antenna covers the whole 6m band and then some, of course using any modulation mode. VHFLoop also makes a 2m circular dipole. The antenna seems to work well, but a field test is necessary to judge performance, which I will do as soon as possible.
