Me: Thankfully no! Science is pretty awesome. In this new series, we will learn all kinds of science stuff. Science is fascinating and I want to show you how amazing the world around you is. Science is in everything and learning about how the things around you work will make you better able to appreciate how amazing life is.

We will learn about space. We will discover the universe, galaxies, planets and event take a look at the things that fly around out there. We will even learn about exploring space and what it takes to leave our planet.

We will learn about our Earth and how it works. We will take a look inside our planet and see what it is made of. There are some incredible things in the ground under us. We will check out some of the minerals that are growing under us in the dirt. We will look at how time affects the Earth. It is amazing the changes that happen over a long period of time. We will also learn about water and why conservation of resources is so important. If we don’t learn how to save the things around us, there won’t be anything left in the near future.

We will learn something about the places where animals and people live. We all live in very different places around the world. They are all unique and very special. Animals and people had to make some big changes to face the challenge of living where they were born so we will see some very different lives and ways of surviving. We will also learn about one of the last really unexplored parts of our planet. The ocean. There is still so much we don’t know about the oceans around us. It is kind of incredible when you think that we know more about space than the ocean we can swim in.

We will learn about life on Earth. All forms of life. Plant life. Animal life. Insects that share our planet. Even the microbes and bacteria we can’t see. We will take a look at what animals were like before humans and what they are like now after evolution.

We will learn about the continents that make up the dry land we live on. We will look at how the continents we know now looked long ago when they broke the surface of the oceans and moved to their current position. We will look at how animals are different in each place and talk about why they are different. It is amazing how different animals are now that shared a common ance
