I have recently discovered that gut issues and other conditions are actually caused by a certain types of stress. Stress is a threat to your survival. Our organs are survival tools. So your body puts an organ into overdrive to help you survive. But when the stress is too long and/or intense this causes your organs to be in overdrive for too long and we get symptoms. I started to notice my students with the most stress would never get better no matter how well they followed diets and protocols. But Once they got their stress under control… I see many people put on 20 pounds in a month after nothing else worked. As you will see in my newer videos I have put on an extra 30 pounds of healthy weight with ease. Food will only give you symptoms if you perceive it to be hard to digest, even junk food. Ask yourself how competitive eater’s guts are in such good shape? 2. Stress causes your gut to develop gut cells to help you digest this hard to digest stress in your life. When the stress gets resolved your body removes these extra gut with the help of bacteria and fungi. 3. There is no such thing as bad bacteria and fungi. They come from our own cells. They will go away once the stress gets resolved and the extra gut cells are removed. We can use natural antimicrobials to slow down their activity to lessen pain. 4. Gut disease is still just an injured gut… and the inflammation is trying to heal it. But the main source of injury is from stress triggering the cell proliferation and cell removal process.
