Mortal Thoughts is a 1991 American neo-noir mystery thriller film directed by Alan Rudolph and starring Demi Moore, Glenne Headly, Bruce Willis, and Harvey Keitel.
Told in narrative flashbacks set in a police interrogation, the film centers on a woman implicated in the violent murder of her friend's abusive, drug-addicted husband. Its title is derived from a quote in William Shakespeare's The Tragedy of Macbeth.

Spice World is a 1997 British musical comedy film directed by Bob Spiers and written by Kim Fuller.
The film stars pop girl group the Spice Girls who all play themselves. The film—made in a similar vein to the Beatles' A Hard Day's Night (1964)—depicts a series of fictional events leading up to a major concert at London's Royal Albert Hall, liberally interspersed with dream sequences and flashbacks as well as surreal moments and humorous asides.
This is the second feature-length film directed by Spiers, following That Darn Cat (1997).
The film features Richard E. Grant, Claire Rushbrook, Naoko Mori, Meat Loaf, Barry Humphries, and Alan Cumming in supporting roles. Filming took place in London for six of the eight filming weeks and also inside Twickenham Studios, as well as at over 40 famous British landmarks. Shooting featured several fourteen-hour shooting sessions and a constant, heavy media presence due to the Spice Girls' large popularity at the time.

I reviewed most of these films on one video...but for the Halloween season? I wanted to review each of these flicks separately.
Child's Play is a 1988 American supernatural slasher film directed and written by Tom Holland, Don Mancini, and John Lafia.
It is the first film in the Child's Play franchise and the first installment to feature the titular character Chucky.
It stars Catherine Hicks, Dinah Manoff, Chris Sarandon, Alex Vincent, and Brad Dourif.
Hicks plays a widowed mother who gives her son a doll for his birthday, unaware that the doll is possessed by a notorious killer's soul.
The film was released on November 9, 1988, and grossed over $44 million against a production budget of $9 million.
The film spawned a franchise consisting of six sequels and comic books.
Child's Play was the only film in the series released by MGM/UA, as the rights to the series were sold to Universal Studios in 1990, right before production on Child's Play 2 started.
