Will is known for developing rigorous theories to analyze his elegant atomic physics experiments as well as for extensive service to Princeton and the U.S. government. His research has initiated several vibrant fields outside of atomic physics.

The type of research he has been doing for decades, is beyond my ability to adequately summarise (or even understand), but suffice it to say that William is extraordinarily experienced in atomic physics, nuclear energy, and climate science. William’s stance on the sun is the same as that of solar physicist Valentina Zharkova, which is that the hot ball of burning gas in the sky primarily drives Earth’s temperature, followed by a host of secondary drivers like water vapour, clouds, oceans, and so on.
Carbon Dioxide is neither a pollutant nor a meaningful influencer of temperature. In fact, as he and other scientists (like Greenpeace cofounder Patrick Moore) explicitly explain, CO2 is critical since we (and animals and plants) are carbon-based lifeforms. If there is too little CO2 in the atmosphere, then life ends.
