July 30, 2022 is National Whistleblowers Appreciation Day. I believe that we should not only appreciate and celebrate whistleblowers, but ACTIVELY ENCOURAGE whistleblowers to step forward - especially as it pertains to anti-family court injustice and abuse. Family court injustice is rampant and largely institutionalized in Texas. When family court injustice occurs, people are told to appeal their cases, filed complaints against judges or attorneys, talk with their legislators about changing laws, vote out judges, or to take another course of action. Yet the reality is that these "channels" are often controlled by those who advocate their use. People who go through the "official channels" are denied justice again and again and again. Appellate courts RARELY reverse the decisions of anti-family court judges; the State Commission of Judicial Conduct RARELY finds a judge guilty of misconduct; legislators trust lawyers to do the right thing and to offer them proper advise (lawyers are often a part of the problem, and they profit from the very problems that we are seeking redress) and they often do not see or understand the importance of changing unjust laws - or if they do, lobbyists for the family destruction industry use underhanded tricks to influence votes. The "official channels" give the appearance being concerned, but they are largely useless and controlled by those whom we are seeking relief from. As a result, the ONLY OPTION left is to become WHISTLEBLOWERS against a very crooked and corrupt system. But a deeper question remains. Where are the judge whistleblowers? Where are the attorney whistleblowers? Where are the court reporter whistleblowers? Where are the child custody evaluator whistleblowers? Where are the attorney ad litem whistleblowers? Answer. Too busy profiting from the fraud, corruption, and abuse, or too afraid to act ethically and blow the whistle on the family destruction industry. As a result, the only whistleblowers are the common citizens - citizens who have been abused by the courts, the divorce and family destruction industry, or those who wish to protect their children, grandchildren, and society at large from an evil and unjust system.
