The energies feel super intense lately. This is what came through from AA Raziel last night. What do we need to know right now? Integrating the shadow self is an integral part of your spiritual development. You cannot have light without the darkness. Learning to love your shadow and take responsibility for your actions will help you expand your life, it will expand your light as you shine it into the dark corners of your soul illuminating the recesses. Do not be afraid of this part of you, it is within all of you and it is your duty to validate and make sure it is seen. Be wary of spiritual teachers that tell you to deny your darkness, to only focus on the light. It is within the so called darkness that you grow the most, calling forth the strength and courage to face yourself and resolve the obstacles. These are trying times for you on earth at this moment but it is within you that you will find solace, not outside of yourselves. Peace begins within when you allow yourself to be seen for who you truly are. A magnificent work of creation, a creator being yourself, no less than the trees and the stars. Give yourself love, space, care and nourishment, you aren't running a race but a marathon. You are doing things that have never been done before in the human experience. Clearing lifetimes of trauma in one life, your physical bodies are working so hard just to keep up with the expansion of your consciousness. Go inward for the answers, always inward and know, always know that you are safe, loved, supported and protected by All That IS. By each of your teams, guides, angels and fellow beings of the Universe. We are all cheering you on and holding space for your growth into this beautiful work of art. This human journey is not about doing, it's about Being. Being who you are... Meaning it's doesn't matter what you do, if you're a doctor, a cashier, a hairdresser, a CEO, a stay at home mother, whatever.. It doesn't matter. When you die and your spirit leaves the body, you are not going to be asked if you enjoyed your profession, you will ask yourself.. How well did I love ? Hello beautiful souls! Karen and I recently facilitated a beautiful surrogate session for 4 yo little boy who was extremely anxious, fearful and always predicting the worst. He had violent tantrums, much difficulty adjusting to life with and feeling unsafe. This made life extremely difficult, not only for him but the whole family. In the session, we found that he was carrying forth many past life memories of trauma. The veil of amnesia was altered by a timeline shift and the trauma of his birth magnified it.. He wasn't supposed to remember so much. So the scene opened in a parallel life with a 6yo little boy, Jacques who had just been in a car accident, he was in the backseat. Mom died, dad in coma in the front. He then went to live with foster parents and at this place, there was a spirit in his bedroom. The spirit, Alexis, was the little boy of the foster parents that previously died but he was sticking around to be with his parents. He was very angry and resentful of Jacques and felt like he was taking his place as their new son.  Jacques' mom was there in spirit too but Alexis was so angry that he threatened both Jacques and his mom. He made Jacques do bad things, like throw glasses and plates to break them and have violent outbursts and if he didn't do it, he couldn't see his mom. He threatened the mom to stay away as well. Jacques was very fearful of him so he always did what Alexis said. The spirit of Alexis was extremely resistant about going to the light but I gently coaxed him and explained that what he was doing was inappropriate and no one could ever take his place, I took him back to right before he died where he experienced the love of his mother, he realized that he would always have that in his heart and no one could ever take his place. And so he apologized to Jacques, forgave himself for not knowing better and agreed to go to the light where he said God was waiting for him.. This is a parallel life to Nolan where Alexis was affecting him as well and making him "do bad things" so by sending Alexis to the light, it freed Nolan as well. Alexis also said there were others...  In the body scan, we found an attachment in the stomach named Paul. He was a huge dark ball of thick energy and was collecting all of Nolan's trauma from past lives... Many traumatic deaths and accidents... He started out tiny and grew over the lifetimes (Nolan points to his belly and says that's where his anger is and it won't go away) Paul "added fuel to the fire" and would ramp up Nolan's tantrums and angry outbursts. He fed off of his emotions of fear, anger, worry and doubt and fed it back to him tenfold. They were partners per se and had been together a long time. He was also super resistant to leaving but at the root of it he just wanted love. I promised him he would find all the love he ever wanted in the light. So he found his tiny spark of Source light within and filled himself with it and off he went after apologizing to Nolan. I could feel the energy lift and the scowl on Karen's face disappeared..it was beautiful! We also found the root of his physical issues from past life traumatic accidents, his anger, protective measures he put in place (his hearing is affected because he's already overwhelmed by stimuli), his HS and healing team worked and is working to clear the past life trauma from his cellular memory so that he will fully recover and find peace.  We also found out that he is seeing and communicating with the grandfather and sister, they are his guides. And tracked down specific people from that parallel life that he still remembers by first and last name. We found that the future he speaks of kids and family is a potential future. His mom reported that the night we did the session was the first night he only woke up once and slept in til 7am instead of 5 which he's never done before! The whole day he was calm and played quietly by himself which he also never does as you can hear in the video. His hypersensitivity seems to have completely disappeared!! So much instantaneous healing occurred in this session and so much practical advice was offered for the parents as well on how to help him continue to heal.
