You know those people that just love to complain? Yeah, the ones who always have something wrong with them. Nothing seems to ever go right in their life, and everything bad that ever happened to them in the past was totally unexpected and DEFINITELY not their fault.
We all know they're annoying. And I know it's insensitive to say that people who are chronically sick are just looking for attention, but it's really just the same thing. It's just that when there's a physical illness involved and not just a situational problem, we tend to think that there really WAS nothing they could do about it.
Well sorry, but I don't buy that isht.
With all the information out there today, the internet, whatever, you have no excuse to not have the knowledge you need to solve pretty much whatever health problem you have. Sure, if you have some rare disease that can't be cured by a few Google searches and changes in behavior, I guess you get a pass.
But if you have a run of the mill "disease" that thousands of people have cured, then what's your excuse?
People just don't want to make the hard decisions and do that difficult things that are involved in curing their problems. They get too much benefit from complaining.
Why should they go 48 hours without eating just to fix their diabetes?
Why would they deprive themselves of their nightly ice cream just to clear up their skin condition?
Why would they go a few weeks without their McDonald's just to lose some weight, get a job and feel better about themselves?

Ever since I saw the video of the Snake Diet guy eating a kilo of raw beef liver on camera a few months ago, I have been dabbling in eating raw meat myself.
While I wouldn't say I'm on the Carnivore Diet so to speak, I definitely consume a lot of meat (preferably raw) and get probably 80-90% of my calories from it.
Once you get over the grossness factor of eating raw organ meat and animal flesh, you realize that there are a ton of benefits to eating raw meat that you just can't get anywhere else.
The biggest thing I've noticed from eating raw meat is that I get full on much less food. I'm not hungry either, I just feel very sated. Yet I don't have that distended look/feel in my stomach. It doesn't feel like my stomach is empty, but it doesn't feel bloated either.
It's hard to describe unless you've actually eaten raw meat before, but once you eliminate (no pun intended) that persistent feeling of being bloated and having lots of isht in your bowels, it's pretty hard to go back to eating "normal" food.
Regarding my energy levels, I generally have enough to do any kind of workouts that I want. Lately I've been training twice a day, usually a long cardio session followed by a long weight session, and have had no problems or lack of energy.
I still eat some carbs if I feel like I need to. There's a street vendor who sells fried sweet potatoes and I'll have a few of those at night after I fill up on raw meat. Yes, it's fried, but potatoes are great for long lasting energy and it works for me because I do a lot of cardio.

In this video I am not going to explain to you how to stop negative self talk, rather I am going to show you ways to use it to build your self esteem and confidence.
This isn't going to be a feel good Law of Attraction Tony Robbins video either, and I'm not going to teach you how to end negative thinking. Instead, I'm going to explain how to use your self talk to inspire yourself into self improvement.
When you look at the self help world, they're all about being positive. But I believe that you can use your inner voice to cure your depression. With a little creativity, you can use your negative thinking to help you improve.
Self doubt isn't always a bad thing. And neither is low self esteem. Maybe you have low self esteem because you aren't that special after all. But instead of letting that feeling paralyze you, you need to figure out a way for it to inspire you into action.
Stop thinking about trying to build self esteem for no reason. If you want to increase self esteem just for the sake of increasing self esteem, then that's kind of pointless. Why don't you improve yourself as a person through personal development and then bask in the natural effect of feeling better about yourself as a result of the accomplishment?

All the more awesome if some of those vendors have cute girls with manicured nails and styled hair and are actually willing to talk to you about whatever they're trying to sell.
This is what happens when you don't have a job.
