Hey all. So Annie Dube made a video about "living with generalized anxiety disorder" which was basically a whole "I can't do anything about it" and such. To me, that is not a message of hope. It is not a message of courage. It is a message of defeat, doom, and gloom, and I would be remiss if I allowed that to be what people see when they think of mental health issues. I always recommend you to talk with your psychologist/psychiatrist/primary care physician when it comes to mental health issues. You're not alone, and there is help for you.
