After visiting a Las Vegas strip casino wearing a "blue" mask I was disgusted from the humidity around my mouth and nose, and while I keep pulling the mask under my nose, security personnel around the casino keep following me reminding to keep it above my nose...back home a Bauta mask I made time ago gave me the idea for the mask of this century. Like the Bauta, my masks allowed you to breathe while having a beak like chin.
Paradisola will be the first Italian "Earthship" built in the north east of Sardinia.
Earthship is a house built with waste materials such as used tires, bottles, cans, etc.
The principles of Earthship are:
1 Use of recyclable and indigenous materials.
2 Thermal mass to keep a constant internal temperature during the different seasons.
3 Collecting rainwater.
4 Food production.
5 Gathering of energy.
6 Containment of discharges.
Paradisola is based on the "Global" model developed by the architect Richard Reynolds.
Paradisola has a total area of 173sqm, of which 106sqm habitable, 55sqm of greenhouse, and another 11sqm at the 2 entrances (east west) to mitigate the temperatures between the inside and outside of the house.
The living area (kitchen, dining room, living room) is arranged in a single living room, with a space of 49sqm, with a sofa incorporated with the "Rocket Stove Mass Heater" to provide warmth on those cold winter days.

La "PHOENIX" e' locata nella comunita' di Earthship a Taos nel New Messico, ideata dall'architetto Michael Reynolds.
Earthship ossia Astronaveterrestre e' un'abitazione costruita con materiali di scarto come pneumatici usati, bottiglie, lattine, etc.
I principi dell'Earthship sono:
1 Uso di materiali riciclabili e indigeni.
2 Massa termica per tenere una temperatura interna costante durante le diverse stagioni.
3 Raccolta dell'acqua piovana.
4 Produzione di cibo.
5 Raccolta di energia.
