Our perception of how players are chosen for teams looking from an outside perspective is surely different from the way a professional might see things. We tend to see a player we deem “good” or “bad” and that’s exactly how we see them. But, it’s safe to say that the league professionals aren’t quite as quick to rule a player in or out, but judge them on their potential. They see what the player could be, but perhaps sometimes too much to a fault. When it comes to drafting Cole Anthony in 2020, we think that the league would be wise to, well, not. Because of many factors that we will be highlighting throughout this video, we simply believe that this player is not yet ready for the NBA. From his size to his statistics and everything in between, we believe that this player is simply just not the ideal candidate to be drafted.
