I'm DONE Feeling Guilty for Being Selfish //
Despite being a highly empathetic person myself, I feel that it is very important to recognize the situations in which we need to be selfish. If we don’t put ourselves first, who will? Nobody but YOU have lived through your life experiences, therefore you are the only person who knows what course of action is best. Tune into your intuition and disregard what anyone else has to say.
If someone is going to be hurt by your actions- reflect on these two things:
1. If I choose to take this action, am I breaking a conscious promise that I have made to that person? Or are they choosing to be hurt based on the expectations that they alone have placed on me?
2. From taking this action, will my reduced suffering be worth the suffering caused upon them?
Remember, if you don’t take care of your own needs and wants, you will not be in a place to be of service to others. Do what you have to do to reach inner peace, and you’re guaranteed to elevate those around you as well.

In the past, I would allow this freeze response to completely paralyze me.
This looked like losing momentum on any current projects, ideas and visions - and letting them dissolve away.
This freeze response prevented me from BUILDING my own world out in the ways that I wanted to…
And it always became the MOST intense when I was closest to materializing something that I wanted.
It encouraged me to sacrifice my own knowings on the altar of what is already ‘established’ and ‘safe’.
And more often than not - I did just that.

As a self-proclaimed visionary - this freeze response has literally been DEADLY to my mission here - and now, I acknowledge it.
Before today, it was running in the background… I had no conscious awareness of what was happening and so I let it take over time and time again.
Today, I celebrate overriding it.
I was feeling it extremely strongly when I woke up and I was about to give up on my day… not feeling ‘strong’ enough to break the resistance and complete the tasks I had set out for myself.
But then the realization clicked… I saw what was happening… and for the first time ever, I broke the spell.
(By doing the opposite of what it wanted me to do - taking aligned action!)
Its difficult to move forward when your body feels like it is being held down by heavy chains…
But when you realize that the chains don’t ACTUALLY exist, and you begin taking one step in front of the other - taking full ownership for the power of who and what you are - the chains cease to exist.

A few weeks ago, as I was sitting and enjoying the beauty of my present moment… I got hit with turbulent thoughts rooted in feelings of unworthiness and a strong disbelief in the reality of how AMAZING my life really has become.
Upon analyzing, I realized that these thoughts weren’t just coming from a shallow lack of self-love and fear… They were coming from somewhere DEEPER.
The cause? A hidden program running my reality that was installed into me through a life experience I had when I was about 3 years old. The motive of this virus? To attack my sense of worthiness to have and experience extremely beautiful things.

As we enter this new age, more and more of us are realizing that it is actually SAFE to get off the hamster wheel.
It’s safe to begin making decisions from inspiration & intuitive alignment rather than obligation and fear. We are supported FAR beyond what we can sense using our Human minds alone.
Granted, it can take a deep un-learning of all that we’ve been taught is true about this reality … but with practice & determination (+ lots and lots of nerves system regulation) - we get there.
