For some reason my Squats haven't been feeling too great lately. Kinda been feeling weaker than usual ever since I hit 545. Today was no exception to this fact but I did still complete the workout so that's good. This workout has a 1 Rep Max Estimation of 555 Pounds. I think it's cool that even when I'm feeling sub-par , my 1RME is still that high.
