In early November 2020, I presented to a group in upstate New York that has been organizing in opposition to Governor Cuomo's proposed vaccine mandate for all residents. This talk is about the Fourth Industrial Revolution and the World Economic Forum's "Great Reset" and how this agenda is linked to the adoption of CommonPass heath passports and the creation of a global biosecurity state to scale human capital bond markets. These markets are built on manufactured poverty and social impact investing schemes aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.

The Philadelphia Education Fund changed their policy for allowing people to attend monthly Education First Compact meetings in December 2017. Now, unless you are paid subscriber, you are put on a wait list and may or may not be taken off that list. We feel that public education policies should be open, transparent and prioritize the needs of students, teachers, and parents over those of private interests. For that reason we continue to show up and ask the questions that need to be asked. This action involved sharing our own survey on student data with attendees as they entered the building.
