She is my most loyal student, always coming to class before everyone else. But apparently not enough. So in addition to my daily classes which typically are in the morning, I am starting a new nightly session with her (8:30 pm PST) where we will practice in silence a popular QiGong exercise for 30 minutes to help her sleep and to lower her blood pressure, which is called Ping Shuai Gong (平甩功) meaning Swing Arm Exercise.
