I'll always have a bit more of an explanation here. The 5th Dimension is really this shift in concioisness in which we find non-seperateness and Oneness in everything. With that core understanding, you'll find that you wouldn't want to go after people, and that they'd be no reason to go after people either. It'd simply be unconditional love to go around, you could say. Because of this, just even shifting from an understanding to non-seperableness, your beliefs would shift.
