Hi! My name is Ali. Big TOE stands for Theory of Everything. Welcome to my channel. I was a Jehovah's Witness for nearly 4 decades. Last year (2018) I was marked an apostate (enemy, traitor) of the religion because I was asking questions and doing outside research. (not allowed!) Even if you dont have time to watch this video please consider this: Although the Jehovah's Witness religion is relatively small (supposedly it has 8.5 million members) it is an important religion. Why? The Jehovah's Witness religious leaders have taken many #HumanRights issues to the #SupremeCourt of the United States. In the past they won many cases. The right to go door to door. The right to refuse to salute the flag. They pride themselves in being exemplary law abiding citizens, which the vast majority of them are, but in recent years the curtain has been pulled back to reveal an #UglyTruth ..... this religion, like MANY MANY other religions has a serious problem with #CSA....Child Sex Abuse mishandling and cover-up. They simultaneously don't pay taxes because they are a church, a "charity," and they withhold LARGE databases of documented pedophiles that they don't turn over to the proper authorities. Please google "Jehovah's Witnesses Australia Royal Commission" for a window into this sad situation. Another issue on the topic of human rights. A person is not allowed to leave this religion with his or her dignity. They are labeled #apostate and ALL their friends and family and community are instructed to completely shun them. We are called names like "mentally diseased" and "ruled by satan." Fear controls members to stay far away. Many have committed suicide because the shunning is too much to bear. Anyway, I've been thinking about how do we really make a bigger impact? We collaborate! I've been so focused on just my own former religion, that I realized I've been spending a lot of energy "reinventing the wheel."
