Do you suffer from Sciatica and need some relief or exercise ideas.. Well this may well help.

Exercise Video 2
Press play with headphones on and volume set to 10
Shoulders back
Right click the Video screen and click loop (this will help you not have keep stopping to press play)

If sitting move your upper body in slow circles, not too much and slow down if the pain is too much.
Watch the Lava Lamp Bubbles as you slowly dance.
If able to stand - Move each leg one at a time and depending on which leg you may have the sciatica in gently add weight, not too much and keep the pain to a minimum.
Feel the burn, its not a bad thing, you need keep moving and the music may well distract the pain.

Things to avoid
Jumping up and down
Falling over
Passionate situations - use your common sense and be careful, pain and pleasure can go well together but not always, where Sciatica is concerned.

Hot Tips
Surround your self with cushions or dance in a flat grassy field or unmown lawn.
Try this in the Bath (use bubble bath) Bubbles add to the Fun element and please don't worry about splashing about its all part of the distraction technique.
Why not dance with a fellow Sciatica friend - you can help each other to not fall over.
Have fun with it and don't be afraid to shout out to the music when a pain cracks in, flow into it.

I have been using this pain distraction Technique since 1970, the Sciatica keeps coming back, but I forget the pain and just get on with it...
