It's time to start off with the Online showcase of this game, and the mode to choose is pretty simple. We're going For Glory and 1-on-1. This is one of the main reasons why I wanted to get SSB For Wii U, the fact that there is a mode that's geared towards the type of matches I enjoy having and that I can play random people with it. I've decided that since I'll be showing it off, I'd might as well have commentary to go with it. As I'd like to help out players on what's a good idea and what's not, and give some examples of how to play some of the characters against something that's not a CPU. Super Mario Bros. 2 was developed and published by Nintendo. Mario, Luigi, Toad and Princess Peach and all characters are copyright of their respective creators. Interestingly enough, Super Mario Bros. 2 is the first game that starts off the common tradition of the second world taking place in the expanse of an arid desert-like location. It's not too much of a step up from the first world, mainly due to the fact that the enemies are the bigger threat and there are even LESS death pits to worry about. Though, be wary of quicksand because it will kill you if you don't jump out of it. More importantly, you'll be learning about the marvels of sand... and that it can be a bit of a pain to put up with. Thankfully, it's not too common of a mechanic, but be on your toes while digging! While the location itself is not too bad, the enemies WILL prove to be an obstacle to worry about. Cobrats are the snipers of the sand, usually camping out in jars and harassing you with pellets. But they can also be pests by popping out and roaming about. You'll also get introduced to Panser, one of the most annoying enemies in the game. Flowers that will gladly spew out fireballs and be an all-around nuisance, their placement is thankfully generous this time around, but it WILL get worse. Note that once you get past all of that, you'll meet a new species of Birdo and reach a pyramid structure that... is more tower-like than anything. But what is the master of this place?
