But, what does the G4 in the G4TV mean? What did G4 stand for?
No, the inspiration was not from a line of Macintoshes.
It was when the network's founder, Charles Hirschhorn (Hersh horn), said in an interview with Kevin Pereira on Attack Of The Show, that he told his wife, from his bedroom, while she, Cynthia, was in the den that he had an idea for a video game television channel and he needed a name and asked her to buy a URL online.
Basically, a URL related to video games.
"Anything video game channel works. Just find anything." He said.
However, those were already taken and not wanting to buy a premium for a URL he told his wife to get a 35 dollar one.
His wife indicated anything video games were "all gone."
So, he told his wife to start with a v or a g or to find something while searching for a URL. His wife said, "G4 is available."
He said, "Buy that one!"

Of course, later on, he had to find an explanation on why the network was called G4. But, the title was "rooted in no reality whatsoever."
So, initially G4 stood for nothing, but it was chosen in the context of starting a video game channel, but with a title that stood for nothing the network became something in video game history.

The clown in McDonald’s is known as Ronald McDonald. It all started back in 1963 when McDonald’s decided to sponsor a television show featuring another clown named “Bozo.” The show was “Bozo's Circus” and it featured an on-air personality named Willard Scott. McDonald’s was pleased to see that their sales went up by 30 percent. So, Willard Scott became the first portrayal of the corporate mascot which, as you can see looked kinda different than what you see now. For the first run of national ads, Mr. Willard Scott was dropped because he was considered too heavy to play the part of an extremely active clown. Don’t worry. He went on to become a weatherman for an American program known as “The Today Show.” Before this clown became the national mascot, the ad agency of McDonald’s considered a cowboy because westerns were popular at the time or even a spaceman because of the emergence of the space program.

Why was basketball invented?
It all started in December of 1891 in Springfield, Massachusetts, at that time, students of Springfield College couldn’t play baseball or even football because of the cold weather. And, they are becoming rowdy.
So, James Naismith (James Nays smith) considered coming up with a solution. Creating an indoor sport that is safe enough to play inside the gym. He was inspired by a childhood game which involved tossing rocks around and thought about throwing balls at a target.
Who tosses the most balls into the target wins.
So, using a soccer ball and two peach baskets, he created the game called basket ball on December 21, 1891. The peach baskets were nailed 10 feet above the gym floor, and with teams split off into 9 players, both are offered the objective of tossing the ball into the basket.
Of course, the game had modifications, afterwards, like dribbling was allowed, a backboard was added, the peach baskets were replaced with nets and a new ball, not a soccer ball, was introduced.
So, thanks to a college teacher, you can have fun shooting hoops while keeping warm during the winter if you choose to.

According to the Vice President of UX Design for Playstation, Matt Maclaurin, it was due to the game system generating alot of heat and the extra space will help out with the issue.
Maclaurin described the PS5 as a little supercomputer with alot of power.
“Thermals,” replied MacLaurin. “This gen is little supercomputers. While the 7nm process delivers amazing heat performance for the power, the power is very extreme.”
“This tech is still so fresh it throws a lot of heat so we need room to dissipate,” MacLaurin expanded in another comment.

Well, Nintendo rented a warehouse for their United States headquarters from a man, named Mario. Mario Segale. Mario Segale was far from a guy who could fix your toilet, but a wealthy real estate developer in Tukila Washington.
Legend has it and I quote. “Nintendo of America (NOA) President Minoru Arakawa noticed physical similarities between Donkey Kong’s short, dark-haired protagonist and the landlord. So the crew at NOA nicknamed the character Mario, and it stuck.”
Writer Benj Edwards of Technologizer tried to contact the very low profile Mario Segale, low profile as in he was hard to reach because, according to his associates, he did not appreciate his relation to the famous Nintendo mascot, but Edwards found out some tid bits about him like Segale was into Duck Hunting.

Well, it’s a mixture of a producer’s decision and British Law.
You see, Broadway Producer Charles Frohman suggested that our green tights wearer should be played by a woman because casting a boy might affect the children in the ensemble cast. The children “would have to be scaled down in proportion.”
Also, English law dictates that minors, under the age of 14, couldn’t work after 9. P.M.
So, what do you do, when you have a cast of a bunch of fifteen-year-olds or older trying to play children and you can’t cast a man because Peter Pan is supposed to be older and not look like a man, but a boy? Well, you probably understand the situation.
