In this video, I showed how we can add multiple sites to Citrix director.
Add sites to Director:
If Director is already installed, configure it to work with multiple sites. To configure, use the IIS Manager Console on each Director server to update the list of server addresses in the application settings.
Add an address of a Controller from each site to the following setting:
Service.AutoDiscoveryAddresses = SiteAController,SiteBController
SiteAController and SiteBController are the addresses of Delivery Controllers from two different sites

In this video, I showed how to fix the issue related to Citrix director, when we type credentials, director tries to sign in but it just kept loading but sign in never happened.
Upon checking services and other settings, we noticed some entries are missing in IIS, created those entries.
And it loaded right after that without any issues.
