https://smshort.link/mastermindThe exact question was:
howdy SM crew, got a client that owns 2 websites I am looking after and wants to close one down completely including domain + hosting. I advised him the domain he wants to get rid of has some .gov links and recommend 301ing to his second site in the exact same niche but he doesn't care and wants to remove. How would you approach this situation, is it unethical for me to grab it. Was thinking of putting up a generic HTML site on there as a demo site and then link to my site and at the top of the page link to a google serp page for his brand.
