Oaxaca, Mexico. 18 year old barber girl got skills! I asked her to give me shave, but keep the mustache. I am in the beautiful and historical city of Oaxaca. Walking the old preserved streets is just beautiful. Traveling Oaxaca is magical. As I was walking, I came across a barbershop with two young women cutting hair. Funis is an 18 year old female barber, with a 16 year old assistant in training named Fernanda. Together, they do haircuts, and hot towel straight razor shaves. She took her time and did she shave right. my face was very very smooth when she was done. I feel good spotlighting these two barbers, since it is encouraging to see females work the barber profession, which has been dominated by males.
