"Seven Pieces of Mind" (2001) Full Album - DEMO
My first try in instrumental music.

There is no restriction on the alteration of any aspect of art. As a result of the wide gulf between musicians and reality, and the abstract perception of the world they have, musicians and artists have been able to achieve impressive accomplishments in their fields of music and the arts.

Dimitar /Dimi/ Nalbantov, a Bulgarian guitarist, has found solace in the recordings of guitar icons such as Jimi Hendrix, Joe Satriani, and Steve Vai over the course of his musicianship journey. In 1993, as a result of his passion for artistic endeavors, he began playing electric guitar, and has been playing it ever since.
Димитър Налбантов е български музикант - китарист роден през 1976 г. в Асеновград. Започва да се занимава с китара на 17 години. През 2001 г. записва първият си самостоятелен демо албум "Seven Pieces of Mind". След като изучава съвременните технологии за звукозапис, решава да запише цял самостоятелен албум. Стилът му е повлиян от най-големите имена в жанра - Steve Vai, Joe Satriani, Tony MacAlpine. Албумът е почти готов към края на 2004 г., но излиза две години по-късно, през 2006 г. . От този момент, китаристът издава албум на всеки две години. След 2016 г. следва пауза в издаването на албуми, но Димитър продължава да работи и през 2021 и 2022 издава два нови албумa. Освен това пуска и колекции с кратки инструментални етюди.

PART 2
During the recording session, a critical issue emerged: the pickups' leads couldn't fit, resulting in cables being crushed underneath. This led to a complete absence of signal, disrupting the entire recording process. So, I made the bold decision to undertake a major intervention and carefully chisel out the wood underneath. Then, I fixed the pickup lead by adding an extension, soldered it back together, and the guitar came back to life.

"PURE
purely-and-simply-dimi-nalbantov
In the summer of 2006, I recorded the song "Purely and Simply" in my home studio. This track was part of the album "Universe," which was produced by a friend from West Virginia in the United States. During the recording process, the talented drummer John Wooten joined in and took my midi programmed drums to record everything in his own home studio.
Afterward, the album was mastered by Fc Bester, a skilled mastering engineer who had previously worked on a few Neil Zaza albums. It was an incredible experience, and to this day, I feel proud of this small achievement amidst the vast sea of guitar players worldwide.
I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to all the people who have supported me over the years and to the wonderful friends I've met on this artistic journey. Despite being just a small drop in the ocean of artistry, I am still determined to push forward. Thank you, everyone! Sending much love and respect your way.
