INGREDIENTES

50 gr of walnuts
50 gr of almonds
100 gr of oat flakes
20 gr of sunflower seeds
20 gr of pumpkin seeds
20 gr of raisins
4 tablespoons agave syrup
1 tablespoon of vanilla essence
2 strawberries
1/2 banana
1 tablespoon of coconut oil

How to make

To make your homemade vegan granola, start by chopping the nuts you are going to use. In our case we have used walnuts and almonds but you can use the type of nuts that you like the most.

Once the nuts are chopped, add them to a skillet over low heat with a tablespoon of coconut oil. Stir everything well for about 2 minutes so that the nuts are toasted a little. Add the oats and keep stirring until the oats are golden brown. At that time add the syrup and vanilla and keep stirring until it has caramelized. Turn off the heat, add the raisins, stir everything and let it cool.

With the granola already cooled, pack it in a glass jar and serve yourself a bowl with yogurt and a few pieces of banana and strawberries.

This healthy homemade granola can last you well packaged for a week and you can use it for many other breakfasts or even use it as a vegan breakfast to go.
