One of my favorite game series ever! This title was also known as "Hero's Quest" for the first print of the game, but was changed due to a copyright conflict to "Quest for Glory". This game series is very creative and a bit different than most point and click adventure titles. One of the reasons is class selection - you can play as a Fighter, Mage, or Thief and while the story arc is mostly the same, puzzles can be different for each class as well as small portions of quests. Depending on which game in the series it is you are playing, the differences are more stark. There's also a fourth, hidden class that starts to show up in the second game in the series. Not only do you choose classes, but you have a stat window with stats that can raise based on use, which I always thought was great. These features made these titles more immersive to me than competing titles like "King's Quest". Part 21 of this no mod Morrowind playthrough, "Strongarming". For this I'm using vanilla Morrowind in "OpenMW". Ajira needs us to collect some overdue debts from the guild. In the process, we try to get cured of an affliction we've picked up at some point - no one wants anything to do with us until we do. Suffice to say when we find that individual Ajira asked us to, there is some convincing involved. I hadn't played this since launch and really, really enjoyed it. So much so that I bought Fallout 4 to give it a shot, but ended up gravitating towards wanting to play an Elder Scrolls game because that's really the effective formula those games have taken since Fallout 3. Being that I played Daggerfall somewhat recently (a couple of years ago), I decided to jump into Morrowind and I'm loving it just as much as I did twenty years ago, lovely game and perhaps I'll go through Oblivion as well.
