Yes! Unlike old mudjacking technology, our super high-density polyurethane cures in about 30 minutes. As soon as we're done lifting and supporting your concrete, it's ready for use immediately!

Not all of our projects involve raising concrete, sometimes we're contracted to fill voids beneath slabs. With the right materials and techniques, we can properly support all types of concrete structures in order to prevent future cracking and settlement.
In this particular case, a concrete crawlspace floor had severe hollow spots beneath it. The problem had begun several years ago when a drainage pipe ruptured beneath the floor and washed out the sub-base.
Since all we wanted to do was fill the voids and provide support, we utilized a specially designed polyurethane with a very slow reaction time. This enabled us to fill very large voids (which were extensive) without actually lifting the slab.
Our normal concrete raising materials fully react in about 30-seconds, this void filling material reacts over the course of about 100-seconds.
This project was conducted in a clean, neat and safe manner while people were in the home, and without any disturbance to the occupants. To learn more about how our operations relate to health, safety, and the environment, check out our video here: https://youtu.be/gqW0KSq5SY4

When you're getting quotes to have your concrete raised, you may be doing so for the very first time. This means you could be just learning about the different ways and materials used to lift and support sunken concrete. Of course, when you consult with a contractor, they will likely try to "sell you" on the particular services they provide. You can end up being bombarded with various marketing techniques, or "salesmanship" as some might say.
We've put together this video in an attempt to cut through some of the confusion resulting from these marketing tactics and the plethora of misinformation floating around. Our marketing materials are based upon fact, which means we can back up what we say. Here are some of the questions we're sometimes asked:
- Does concrete raising come with a warranty?
- Can concrete lifting materials washout over time?
- Is polyurethane biodegradable?
- Will you drill holes in my concrete?
- Will polyurethane harm the ground, my flowers, or garden?
- Should I ask contractors what pumping pressure their equipment is capable of?
- Which method requires fewer holes?
- Is poly foam strong enough to raise my concrete?
- Are concrete lifting materials hazardous?
- Is polyurethane more expensive than mudjacking?
- Why do some companies still offer mudjacking?
The old saying "Talk is cheap!" is so true! So, when a salesman tells you their way is best, it's critically important you do your own homework instead of simply taking someone's word for it.

No! Our cured polyurethane is listed as non-hazardous, inert, and non-leaching. We regularly raise and support concrete slabs bordering flower and vegetable gardens.
In fact, to better demonstrate, researchers have proven that certain crops, when planted directly into polyurethane, grow up to 10 times faster than when in soil.

We were the low bidder for the Lakefront Residences of Grayslake concrete raising project. It's amazing how we're regularly cheaper than mudjacking companies. Logic would suggest that since polyurethane material is obviously more expensive than "mud", that we should always be more costly - but we aren't! Our equipment is more sophisticated, our materials are engineered specifically for concrete raising, and our crews are HIGHLY TRAINED. The old saying "you get what you pay for" just isn't true when mudjacking costs more than raising concrete with our high-quality polyurethane.

Our polyurethane injection process is quick, clean, and leaves your concrete ready to use as soon as we're done lifting it! Think your concrete is too large or heavy for us to lift? Think again! Our polyurethane will raise and support large slabs - like highways for example!
If you have sunken concrete, rely on our Smart Lift System. It's much less invasive than other techniques and utilizes a water-resistant material that will not add excessive weight like mudjacking.
We leave our repairs looking great! https://youtu.be/gJRKDhm3N_A

This pool deck was in serious need of lifting and leveling! We raised and adjusted concrete slabs all around this pool to remedy uneven surfaces and fix trip hazards. Unlike other polyurethane concrete leveling service providers, our material cures into a structurally sound sub-base that meets compressive strength requirements for tollways!
