Zhuge Liang is sending siege weapons to crush the defense of Cheng Cang. Sima Yi won't make it easy for him. They have reinforcements and defensive weapons as well. (NOTE: I made a mistake. Wei Yan is the only one who gets a weapon here).
Items in this battle:
Wei Yan: Defeat all four defensive Captains on the wall. The Item is near Sima Yi's postion.
Sina Yi: Capture all of the defense bases that are producing the weapons. The Item is also in the castle near Sima Yi's starting position.

Yuan Shao wants to crush Cao Cao once and for all. He is throwing any and everything at Cao Cao to break in to Guan Du Castle. There is Guan Yu to help Cao Cao but only temporarily. The same goes for Liu Bei.
Items in this battles:
Musou Wine: Northern part of Wu Chao compound.
Dim Sum: Defeat Liu Yan or Chunyu Qiong
Storm Rider Harness: (Cao Cao) Defeat Yan Liang and Wen Chou before Guan Yu does. The item is in a corridor near Yuan Shao's camp.
Yuan Shao: Open all of the gates of Guan Du with Yan Liang and Wen Chou still alive. The item is on the ledge near the catapults.
Ice Orb: Defeat Cao Pi before Yan Liang and Wen Chou gets killed by Guan Yu. The item is in Wu Chao.
