After reading Dr. Peterson's book 12 Rules for Life ~An Antidote for Chaos, I couldn't help but reflect on different lessons I have learned personally in my life, and how they tied into the rules in the book. I also noticed there were very few Women speaking on the subject and how it can improve the female experience as well. ?

Today was Military Appreciation day ?? at our local science center, with the Bodyworlds exhibit of animals. It was something we had always wanted to see, and with a complimentary visit for active miliary and veterans was the perfect way to begin November!

Some days can be harder than others.
Living with depression means that the "d" is always lurking. Sometimes you can catch it before you fall too deep.
Development of self awareness is not easy, but it helps. Make sure you surround yourself with people who know you best as well that you can reach out to for help.
Also know the services you can contact if you go too deep.

If you are being threatened with physical harm or the bullying has turned to actual abuse, GET HELP.
REACH OUT!! You are not alone and there's many programs out there to assist you.
