Miss Ruby Tuesday- Kelly Vs. Crosnoe - Prepping To File Writ Of Execution
Ok... so all the court dates are over... after a year and a half of my neighbor doing the "delay/postpone" dance- to prevent the truth from prevailing- the Appeal Judge ruled in my favor- now- I need to try to collect the original amount awarded by the original small claims Judge... $1,500 + court cost of $150.00... the time has come to start the "writ of execution" process... I doubt I will ever see any of the money- but- it is worth a try! - Kelly Vs. Crosnoe

Tomorrow is the day I go to Court (Trial De Novo) against my neighbor who committed perjury to obtain a restraining order.... as a retaliation for losing when I sued her for destroying my fence.- once again I need to prepare - & have all my documents, pictures/ videos etc as this will be the 3rd Judge that I will be REQUIRED to PROVE that my neighbor & her grandson needs to be held accountable for their intentional lies.- Kelly Vs. Ugh... my neighbor is grasping at straws to wiggle out of her illegal act of committing perjury on the declaration she wrote claiming "elder abuse" to obtain that restraining order against me - she sent a subpoena to MY lawyer- seems to me she should be calling her own lawyer! -(she willfully committed perjury.... over 500 words of perjury on that declaration & I was REQUIRED to disprove all the false allegations in order to have that restraining order removed ) the new date for the perjury trial is now 2-19-2019... I have now been stuck in the court system for over a year... due to the illegal actions of my neighbor against me... (the criminal is entitled to "appeals" & "postponements"... the victim has no say so).- my next court date in which I am REQUIRED by law to once again PROVE to a different Judge... in a different courtroom... the illegal actions of my neighbor takes place in 4 more days.- Kelly Vs. Crosnoe - 2-19-2019 @9am Rm 41- Ventura County Superior Court.... - hopefully this will be the last time I'm REQUIRED to appear in a court room to PROVE my neighbor needs to be held accountable.... Ironically- she used the court to commit the crime of perjury to obtain the restraining order against me- yet I'm the one REQUIRED to PROVE it.... to a 3rd Judge... in another courtroom.... after already proving it... to 2 other Judges! -Yes- The Court System is easily manipulated by the criminals...
