ELF Cosmetics has overall been a pretty impressive budget brand that makes several products which I would consider either very similar or a dupe for much higher end brands. Some E.L.F. products are great and some are just so-so. The new E.L.F. COSMETICS Beauty Shield Vitamin C Pollution Prevention Serum is overall a decent vitamin c serum. What I dislike about it is the fragrance, however, it does dissipate by the first hour of wear. The other thing that I was nervous about was the use of so many ingredients that can potentially cause acne, I didn't have any issues in my two months using this but I have read reviews from others who have had breakouts attributed to this product. If you have no issues with fragrance, have dry or dehydrated skin, and are not prone to breakouts this is a good and affordable vitamin c serum to try.

The Peach and Lily Pore Proof Perfecting Clay Mask is an oil absorbing mask which does a great job leaving skin with a clean matte finish. The nice thing is that this absorbs oil without leaving skin looking or feeling dry or flaky. In terms of how this states it clears out congested pores, other than absorbing surface oil, this doesn't do too much for clearing out pores.
This formula does contain many beneficial fruit extracts and antioxidants. I wish this had been packaged in a squeeze tube or an airless jar to protect the great ingredients in this Clay Mask. I do wish they would have left out one ingredient- the bitter orange flower oil. Thankfully it is the last ingredient in a rinse off product so it won't be an issue for most people.
I do love Peach and Lily, although this isn't my favorite product from them. Those with oilier skin will probably appreciate this product much more. It is kind of pricey for a clay mask, but still a good product with many beneficial ingredients, and cruelty free!

I purchased both of the new Peter Thomas Roth Green "Releaf" Relief products. So far, using the Green Releaf Therapeutic Sleep Cream has left my skin feeling hydrated, but it was not love at first sight for this product. I was a little disappointed with the texture of the sleep cream moisturizer, and I haven't made it a point to use it since.
On the other hand, the Green Releaf Calming Face Oil has put a bit of a glow on my skin. I love the oil, it is very hydrating, absorbs quickly, hasn't caused any breakouts, and leaves my skin feeling soothed. I appreciate that Peter Thomas Roth has included several different plant oils, in addition to the main featured plant. I like face oils, but I find that many of them can be "one note" and feature only one oil, and for my skin there isn't really one specific oil that is better than the others, so I appreciate being able to expose my skin to as many different beneficial oils as possible.
If you are trying to decide between the two I highly recommend the oil, but I will be doing a more thorough review of both the cream and the oil soon.
