I lost nearly all use of my right nostril due to dryness and another condition my nose doctor brought to my attention. Nose doctor's don't recommend CS nasal spray from home made kits. Since this video I've only had one cold that last just a couple of days and haven't had any bronchitis that used to knock me out for 4-6 weeks at a time and ruin my gut bacteria due to the antibiotics the doctor prescribed.
