This railroad swing bridge, built by the Virgina Bridge Company in 1949, is located near the historic site of the Battle of Lafourche Crossing fought in June of 1863. ? read more below ?
When locals say "Lafourche Crossing" or "the Crossing", it is almost always referencing the location of the railroad bridge.
There's is a little special-effects easter-egg @1:46 -- Certainly unknown to me prior, I found a bit of graffiti. It seems the "Soul Rebels" tagged this bridge at least a couple decades ago as one might deduce from the distinct peace symbol and oxidized paint.

I do regret upping my kP by 5 whole points: ugly roll-wobble & the prop-wash handling was better just earlier in the day. Every time I try to solve one thing, I bork another...

? After 10 LiPo's, my conclusion is that i do like them. They spin up fast and have plenty of control. Durability is unknown at this juncture. But 10m34s did not affect them at all. I flew in higher 13mph winds and did notice slightly less thrust comparative to the Gemfan. However, the APC do fly very good and i'm looking forward to more flights with them. As you see i did not re-tune at all. Straight runs were slightly cleaner due to the lighter 5.10g props, but prop-wash was slightly dirtier. I'm sure tuning can help. One should note that these props were designed for racing, not freestyle. My quad is 758g AUW with GoPro Session5 and 1100mah LiPo if my scale is accurate.
EDIT: They bend at hub fairly easy, but the handling-gains, due to weight-reduction, is a good trade.

↪ My take away from Ryan Harrell conversation with Bardwell:
1) Set motor timing static. reduces cpu use of firmware. Motor timing 23-25, where higher less likely desync.
2) Reduce ramp-up power. Ryan Harrell jumps right down to 25%. default is 50%. Helps when you been upping P to compensate for P responsiveness behavior. Theoretically might reduce electrical spike/ vtx noise.
3) Maybe PWM 48khz not needed on larger quads. Lower more torque. might solve low throttle vibes. 24khz solving 6" 7" quads shakes and solving P/D upping-chase. (with RPM filtering he was able to up P by 50%)

↪ motor timing 25 (i already had 24 prior)
↪ pwm freq 24khz (i had 48khz)

⚡ Here I demonstrate a Quick & Dirty method to flash the FrSky R9 Mini or MM receiver with the FrSky X-Lite transmitter. ⚠️ But not without risks. read below for Slim, Slim+

? The R9 does NOT include the necessary pigtail in its package contents. Instead of soldering, i chose to de-pin my R-XSR pigtail and connect to the R9's header, then firmly hold the header in place while flashing the update. This is risky and if disconnected mid-flash, could easily brick and make-worthless the R9 Mini or R9MM.
ℹ SLIM+: This works for the R9 Slim, Slim+ also, BUT, i used some probe connectors (test-hooks) to hold the wires from the pigtail to the included CON1 harness. Connect the YELLOW S.PORT to the GREEN WIRE on the harness (not the yellow) and obviously Black to Black, and Red to Red.
