I wanted to test out video of my gameplay online and OBS for some odd reason, would cause stuttering, or rather, ghostly jittering, during recordings but not during gameplay, This was not an issue of not enough hardware resources, or settings too powerful for my system, it is just some odd problem with this game specifically, so I was forced to utilize BandiCam for the recording. I recoded using Nvidia NVENC HEVC H.265, at CBR of 50,000, 60fps at a resolution of 1440p. I then simply upscaled in Vegas Pro with "Smart Upscale" FX plugin, to 4K. It seems to have completely fixed all stuttering, and the only stutters seen, are the same as seen in game play for loading in characters and assets, something prone to the game engine itself still, after 20 something years.
