Don't bring anything electronic, other than your calculator - and a plain old watch that just tells the time. Bring 5 or six pencils, extra batteries for your calculator, and a snack and a drink. Make sure you know how to get where you're going, and get there on time (print out directions and know how to take transit or walk there if need be).

Here's an ACT English Test I did in real time, with no advance knowledge of the questions. It's from the test in the "Preparing for the ACT 2018 - 2019" free download from ACT, which you can get here.
https://www.act.org/content/dam/act/unsecured/documents/Preparing-for-the-ACT.pdf
The part where I do the test is up to 47:00 roughly.
The part where I score it and discuss my mistakes is at 47:08

Notes for “Barron’s SAT Premium Study Guide Chapter 6-A: Basic Arithmetic” Video
Don’t Skip This Video! “Basic Arithmetic” Problems Can Be Very Difficult!
• Some of this is because we forget basic definitions (e.g., multiplication is repeated addition; raising a number to the nth power is multiplying the number by itself n-1 times).
• Some things we just forget because we don’t use them (e.g., numbers taken to a fractional or negative power).
• Read Subchapter 6-A in the Barron’s SAT Book; See the videos linked to this one (pop-up “Cards”).
What We’re Covering Here:
The exercises at the end of Chapter 6-A: Basic Arithmetic, in Barron’s SAT Premium Study Guide (30th Edition of the Barron’s SAT study guide) – pp. 449-451.
A few other relevant “fun facts.”
Whatever else comes up as I’m recording this.

Who’d Like This:
High school and college students studying for the SAT and ACT, especially those using the Barron’s SAT Premium Study Guide (30th Edition of the Barron’s SAT study guide) , or the regular 30th edition of Barron’s SAT, or the 28th or 29th editions of the same guide. Most of these math problems stay the same, but they may have been moved around from earlier editions, so I can’t guarantee the best results for earlier editions. If you’re using an edition earlier than Barron’s New SAT (made for the SATs used since 2016), you really should buy a new Barron’s book.
