臀部肌肉的重要性在我們日常生活中扮演很大的角色,從爬樓梯,追公車,蹲下來撿東西,甚至是從椅子上站起來等動作,都需要大量臀部肌肉的運作。又由於髖關節扮演穩定軀幹的角色,若是臀部肌肉力量不足,我們受傷的機率也會增加。
尤其是久坐的上班族們,長期下來會導致臀部下唇鬆垮,容易腰酸背痛等問題。平時如果可以多安排時間伸展並強化臀部肌肉,不但可以提高身體的平衡感,更可以擁有良好的體態!

Most of us spend at least 8 hours per day sitting on a chair, in a car, or on a sofa. We don’t realize that sitting for so long each day without daily hip stretches drastically affects our musculature.
The bone structure of your hips stabilizes and supports your body weight. It allows you to walk, sit, run, dance, and move, because it connects your trunk to your legs. Your hips are anatomically comprised of three main components: the hip flexors, the inner hips, and the outer hips.
Today’s video we try to work on our hips and really gain back its own strength.
