Copying other games? It's wrong! But where do you draw the line? What if you didn't know about the game you're supposedly stealing from? This video covers Spellinx, and concludes the Game Making Journey, though the Destruction Darius ones follow on nicely.

Gamersnexus was caught upscaling their graphs! https://twitter.com/3kliksphilip/status/1421904638958313478
I investigate what they SHOULD have used instead to upscale them. Short answer: Cupscale, using the Foolhardy Remacri algorithm.

Rise of the Triads speedrun on easy, 90 seconds. In this video, 3kliksphilip attempts to out-gay himself in what is surely an impossible task. Has he succeeded? Yes.
Also, is anybody else under the impression that he needs the toilet? Yes.

If enemies have their stats adjusted to match your level, I refer to that as 'level scaling'.
If enemies in different parts of the world have different difficulties, I refer to that as 'Levelled areas / zones'.
In this video I hope to make an argument for the latter. I've seen numerous comments attacking games with levelled areas, and while I still enjoy level scaling, I believe that levelled areas can still work in a sandbox world. In some cases, I actually prefer it.

EA sent me a key because they care about 2kliksphilip -not 3kliksphilip's- opinions! HOHOHO.
In short, Titanfall 2's campaign is a welcome surprise and isn't just the multiplayer element but more lonely. I hope this video describes it nicely and doesn't give away too much.
Despite being Source, it looks and runs beautifully on my system on highest everything and at 4K. Though I guess it should do :P
I made this video when I was about half way through as I didn't know how long it was going to take me to finish and I really felt I had a good grasp of it. Since then I have finished and... pretty much everything I say in the video remains the same. Just a few updates:
* The game does continue to split itself up into separate chapters, each with a different twist on the underlying formula. The time travel bit was another highlight but whe whole game remains really, really fun and kept my attention till the end.
* If anything the last level was the least fun, just cos by then it had become an American explosion-fuelled brainless shoot-fest to try and one-up the stuff that came before. Reminded me a bit of the final level of Red Faction: Guerilla, actually. I think I spotted a quicktime event at one point too. It was still alright but the rest of the game remains the 'highlight'.
* Your friendly Titan becomes even more awesome, effectively becoming a talking Dog MK 2. This game could be the closest we ever get to something ressembling Half Life 3 lolol.
* Remains my favourite singleplayer campaign of all time. It might not have had the impact that Half Life 2 did when it came out but it's difficult to fault and holds an incredibly high standard throughout.
* The guns are inspired, I enjoyed using every single one.
* The robots are the least fun enemies, but the humans, aliens and titans are a blast.
* The game is fairly short, probably 6-8 hours. I'd happily replay it though, perhaps upping the difficulty or trying to collect all the hats 'cos it doesn't look like it'll be an endless task.
* If you're going to play it for the singleplayer campaign only you have to weigh up how much it's worth to you for how long it is, it's definitely an experience worth playing though £50 to me would be too steep. Bear in mind that I've never spent more than £30 on a game.

The game's a real bore with all of the cut-scenes, but get rid of that and you're left with some of the best gunplay ever seen in a computer game. Here is a heavily edited version of the eleventh level.
