Today’s lesson is the goblet squat. Squatting is one of the seven primal movements and is an excellent exercise to learn how to sit back in to your hips. Using a little bit of weight in this squat will help enforce this. Make sure to open your hips and squeeze your glutes and abs at the top of each lift for the full benefit.
