The power of saying NO.
We all love that whole "say yes to life" movement, that's sweet, so are puppies, sunshine, and cupcakes. But sometimes, saying NO is good for us. It’s not easy, but it’s a skill that can be learned.
A lot of things that are good for us aren't easy. Some of the things that we really need, are inherently hard. Developing the power to say NO, gives us access to these things, and is one of the first steps we can take in creating healthy boundaries in our lives.
Saying NO is about taking your power back, and standing up for yourself. What could you say NO to that would make your life better?
