This film was in pretty bad condition but as with all of this material I try to do what I can to preserve it. It is a film I believe will be useful to those folks in the restoration of these old motors. Thank you for your patients.

INSPIRATION
I have a goal in life. It is to simply inspire as many lives as I possibly can through the preservation and sharing of vintage photographs and film.
Over the years I have been fortunate enough to meet others that inspire me for one reason or another. That is that case with the young lady that is the subject of this video.
Not long ago I had an incredible opportunity, a very generous friend of mine allowed me to accompany he and his son on a trip to Washington State in their private Citation M2 jet. On the trip we would visit two very interesting museums dedicated to flight in Washington state. The trip would entail two stops in the state at two different Air Museums. The first was the Seattle Museum of Flight at Boeing Field just south of Seattle. This was a most interesting museum filled with vintage aircraft, some of them not duplicated anywhere else in the world. The second museum is located in Burlington Washington. It is the Heritage Flight Museum where we would get some film of an exceptional Douglas A-1 Skyraider named "The Proud American" and owned by the facility. This was for use in another project I am involved in. The Heritage Flight Museum is a destination you do not want to miss if you are ever in the state. The museum is owned and operated by the Anders family headed by astronaut Major General Bill Anders and his sons Lt. Col. Bill Anders and Alan Anders. I want to thank those folks for their most generous hospitality.
