Learn how to do the 90/90 STRETCH -
This is my favourite hip mobility exercise! Take your time and work on holding an upright posture with the hips and knees at 90-degrees. With square hips, lean back and forward to feel the most stretch deep in the hip joint.
Remember your mobility when training at home!
