A kind of casual gameplay of The 7th Saga, a game from the SNES, named Elnard on its original Japanese version, and from which has several key differences in regards to its difficulty. The USA version is harder.
Some things I don't explain in the video. High speed is the key, so each level up I must make sure I get a good roll. Esuna's speed goes from 3 up to 5 so anything that is not a 3 is good. Anything else, whatever, it doesn't matter. Speed influences your hit rate and your evasion, and since monsters have a VERY nasty amount of speed you NEED a lot of it. For instance, that vulture named Wyvern has 26. Compare it to your initial 4. Yeah. And it's one of the first enemies in the game.
Aside of that, this game involves grindfests. And something we will see later (?). I'll try and explain later as things appear. -- Watch live at https://www.twitch.tv/zorochii

A sort-of-game I'm doing, which is still not much of a game as I'm still on the planning stage I guess? But I've managed to implement the main technical part, which is reading and visualizing the music.
Basically, the sort-of-game consists of an audio visualizer, where you control a small bright cube and... do things. This is the part that's still on the draft board, but I managed to -use a file browser library- and -open the file using WWW and reading the audio clip-.
The idea is to port it to Android and make it my first whatever in the Google Playstore thing. So yeah.
Enjoy the music!
First one is "Cry! Roar!" (Nake! Wameke!), part of Mushishihime-sama OST. Composed by Manabu Namiki and Kimihiro Abe. It's créme de la créme, I suggest you either play the game or buy the OST. Or both.
Next up is... well a sound sample. Nothing fancy.
And finally, "The Epic Battle Against Hellgeiser", from Titan Nemesis a.k.a. Claudio Noemi, a composer that once lurked around the Spanish RPG Maker communities. He's awsum.
All these songs were used only for demonstration purposes. Rights are of their respective copyright holders.

This is pretty much the game finished. There is some things to polish after rough testing in mobile especially. And there is room for improvement. But yeah, I need to close this chapter and move on.
Hopefully it will be up in Google Play next week. That would make it my first thing there.
And it will be available for Windows and Linux on itch and GameJolt. I have no Mac/iOS devices so... I can't do that.
Cheers!

I just made this video because of nostalgia for the NES game.
The 1985 NES game Choujikuu Yousai Macross made by Namco has an 8bit version of the theme (Zhao Pai Long, lit. Little White Dragon), which I like a lot, but I just thought about making this so... yeah.
Gameplay is mine, that's why it's so shitty. The song was ripped from this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-dhnUDDAjGk

Video includes:
- Some random maps, and menu glances. Damaging lava VS step auto recovery, and movement stuff.
- Battle types (normal, back attack). Didn't go as I wanted and wasn't something I intended to invert much time ;_;.
- Some glances to the battle itself.
- Multi-party functionality. Very much as in FF6 (make groups, then use them sepparately. You can form/disband them anytime instead of special dungeons only (but it's something that has me thinking a lot of how am I going to make it flawless, like, getting you stuck somewhere, I'm probably going to rethink it)*.
- And that's pretty much it I think.
