Fire Emblem: Three Houses - Hard/Classic Mode - Part 1: Prologue
Ladies and gentlemen, this is a first for me. I have never played a mainline Fire Emblem game before, but with last weekend's launch of Fire Emblem Three Houses on the Switch, what better time to start? I had previously gotten into the franchise through the mobile game Fire Emblem Heroes, as well as the Nintendo Switch spin-off title Fire Emblem Warriors, but I had never played a main-series title until now. This will also be the first strategy RPG game I've ever played on my channel.
Immediately upon starting the game, the first thing you're asked is whether you want to play on Normal or Hard mode. This setting determines the strength of the enemies. After that, you're asked whether you want to play in Casual or Classic mode. This setting determines whether any of your units killed in battle will stay dead or not. In Casual mode, any units killed in battle will be automatically brought back after the battle. In Classic mode, death is permanent. I'm going all-out for my first foray into the mainline Fire Emblem series. I'm going with Hard Classic for this playthrough!
In the prologue, the main character Byleth, the child of the mercenary captain Jeralt, meets the leaders of the three rival nations of the continent of Fodlan: Edelgard of the Adrestian Empire, Dimitri of the Holy Kingdom of Faerghus, and Claude of the Leicester Alliance, who got separated from their companions and are under attack by bandits. After helping to fend off the bandits, Byleth is recruited to the Officer's Academy where the three house leaders attend, where he/she is to become a professor and teach them the ways of battle.

With all of the characters unlocked, let's get into some of the in-game Challenges of Super Smash Bros. Ultimate! This one is one of the three Smash challenges that you cannot bypass with a Golden Hammer. For this one, you must play a handicap battle with a 300% handicap on yourself and a 0% handicap for your CPU Level 5 opponent.
