Ceyomur Smart Home Door Bell | Evaluation | Teardown | Modification
I was sent this by Ceyomur to review and share with you all. Its a nice little doorbell camera that would be a reasonable substitute for the more mainstream options (Ring/Next). I own a slightly older version made by victure but they both look identical and use the same software.
So far mine has been running for 2-ish years and its been fine. It lets me know when someone presses the bell and it will record to the local micro SD card or to the cloud.
If you are not a fan of Ring or Next like me, this is a really nice option.
This Sony VPL-HE45ES projector was dropped off by a home theater service company in the area. The customer lost both HDMI ports without explanation. After verify the issue and upgrading the firmware as a last resort, it was decided to replace the mainboard.

Replaced the stepper motors in this GM gauge cluster. I forget what model truck its out of. Either a Tahoe or Suburban. The truck has been sitting for a year because the speedo finally stopped moving after the RPM and temp stopped. I replaced them all with a kit I got on Amazon and then I adapter some 5050 Blue LEDs to fit in place of the backlight bulbs. The LED uses a 150ohm resistor for current limiting. my phone was recording in 1080 not 4K Motor Kit www.goo.gl/eTFoq7

This Optoma UHD60 projector had a new lamp assembly installed but it would not work. After a replacement lamp had the same response, the customer sent it in for an exam. The issue was a common Optoma issue where the index mark of the color wheel flaked off.
See pictures here. https://imgur.com/a/vbEVISD

Here is my test rig I use for making the sure the IR cut coating on projector lamps is good enough.
Technically these should also be blocking UV but I have no way to test that at the moment. If that changes I will make a video.
The coating is also called a cold filter. It prevents the IR from heating up the optics anymore than they already are by blocking the radiation from leaving the lamp housing. This is a big part of why proper cooling is so important.
My understanding is that it is mostly used in DLP projector lamps. LCD projectors (and some DLP) have the filter in another location of the projector. This should not be a concern for LCD projector lamps, only DLP lamps. A good rule is to make sure the filter looks like the filter in your old lamp. Even if your old lamp exploded, the filter will be obvious enough to compare. Save your old lamp until you install and use the new lamp. Depending where you purchase it, having the old lamp around for parts can be quite useful.
Many lamps are not sold with the proper filter installed. The 'greenish' filter will sometimes work for a little while but they are far from reliable. The most common symptom of too much IR is your color wheel will start to flicker when the lamp reaches full brightness and the whole projector will shut down.
Here is the lamp in this video. These all have good IR filters.https://www.purelandsupply.com/optoma-projector-lamp_bl-fu195a.html

Had a a high end Christie sent in to be looked at for an unknown reason. After some testing I found the color wheel to be erratic. The unit was pretty dusty inside and had all the hallmarks of being dusty inside. I ended up replacing the lens in the lamp since it only had a few hours on the bulb. This model takes two of the 003-004449-01 lamps that can be bought here https://www.purelandsupply.com/003-004449-01-christie-projector-lamp.html . Thanks for watching.

This is how to troubleshoot and check a ballast from a video projector. It doesn't matter if its LCD or DLP, they use the same sort of ballasts. The methods are the same regardless of the wattage, model or brand.
In this video I repair a pair of 230W Osram PVIP ballasts with parts that I harvested from another ballast.

Troubleshooting and repairing an electric air fryer branded 'ZENY' that I acquired. Turns out the thermal fuse failed and needed to be replaced. This was supposed to be 3 parts but I mistakenly deleted the first part after I had thought it was rendered. You didn't miss much as the rest of the video explains it all.
