In this video, I cover #OpenBSD audio system (#sndio) and go through basic commands and utilities. I also briefly talk about how to enable audio recording and finally touch down on the OpenBSD #Bluetooth support subject.
In this video, I compare available approaches to search for a package on #OpenBSD. I then demonstrate a better way with a custom script I created, #pkg_search.

Core dumps (.core files) are useful for debugging purposes but at the same time can be annoying and have performance hit on the system. In this video, I show how to disable core dump generation on #openbsd.

Let's go through viable #Samba options on #OpenBSD and then do the practical work of mounting a Samba share on OpenBSD with #gvfs without root.
The video has two parts. The first part is about the available options (a presentation) and the second part is about getting gvfs up and running to access Samba shares.

Formatted USB sticks under #Linux somewhat won't work with #OpenBSD. To make it work, it's better to format it in OpenBSD. In this short video, I talk about how to work with USB sticks on OpenBSD including formatting, mounting, and unmounting.

You will learn how to do custom partitioning during #OpenBSD installation process. I demonstrate how to create three partitions (root, home, and swap), #Linux partitioning convention, instead of choosing auto-layout which creates a separate partition for each directory.

#Chisel is a fast TCP/UDP tunnel over HTTP that I often use mainly as a #proxy. It's written in Go, but unfortunately, it's not available on #OpenBSD and is not compilable out of the box. In this video, I go through the porting and patching processes of Chisel on OpenBSD. This is the first step of course. The next step is to submit the patches to merge. Finally, send the diff for port tree.
