We got to take our cars around the track at Rockingham Speedway after it being closed for several years! This was pretty cool event with multiple events happening simultaneously. There was an autocross event, paintball, Laps on the track, some exhibitions, even some of the Carolina Panthers Cheerleaders were there, that I unfortunately did not get to meet. But we did LAPS ON THE TRACK! Something that should be on Everyone's Bucket List! My first set of laps I was behind and old Bandolero! None of those cars had anything on our group though and wished we were able to stretch our legs a bit more as we had a whole lot more pedal do use. The Widebody Scatpack handled the high bank track like a champ and wanted more, a LOT more! I wish them well at re-opening this place. A bit of a drive for us here in Raleigh but might be worth going for an ARCA, Drifting or Nascar race! I had been craving to go PRIME BBQ in Knightdale NC for a few weeks now. This time I decided to video it so show you all what it is like. I sure to love this place, if you happen to be in the Raleigh NC area do check this place out. It is consistently excellent. I usually get the brisket and Pork Ribs but today I wanted to try the pulled pork BBQ and just had to stay with the Brisket because it is so darn good! I also bought a bottle of their own BBQ sauce along with a Loaded Baked Potato for my elderly Mother-in-Law. You have got to see what they can do with a Baked Potato!
