Waan je in een prachtig bos met kurkeiken en naaldbomen. De opkomende zon schijnt haar zachte stralen door de takken en hult het bos in een warme gouden gloed. Je ziet een heel mooi plekje waar het gras een bedje voor je lijkt te hebben gespreid. Fris groen, als in het voorjaar, schijnt je tegemoet. Je kunt het groen zelfs ruiken en het ruikt heerlijk! Je draait je om en bent even betoverd door het uitzicht op deze plek. Bergen, bos, een stralend blauwe lucht met witte wolken die vredig langs glijden. En dan de vogels, die dit bos compleet maken. Het is zó mooi! Je besluit een dekentje neer te leggen en maakt het jezelf gemakkelijk. De zonnestralen verwarmen je gezicht, armen en hele lichaam. De geuren van het bos brengen je hartslag in een vredig ritme en de geluiden van alle vogels, knisperende bladeren die zich bewegen in de wind en alle andere dieren brengen je volledig tot rust. Als vanzelf sluiten je ogen om van dit verwarmende natuurschoon te genieten met al je zintuigen. ॐ Geniet ॐ
