PTC's claim came into notice to the Sikh SIyasat when PTC sent a notice to Sikh Siyasat via Facebook asserting those rights. The issue has taken a serious turn. ਅਦਾਲਤੀ ਕਾਰਵਾਈਆਂ ਬਾਰੇ ਅਕਸਰ ਕਾਨੂੰਨ ਅਤੇ ਨਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਪੱਖ ਤੋਂ ਚਰਚਾ ਚੱਲਦੀ ਰਹਿੰਦੀ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਕੀ ਅਦਾਲਤਾਂ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਕਾਨੂੰਨ ਦੇ ਪੱਖ ਨੂੰ ਨਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਪੱਖ ਤੋਂ ਉੱਪਰ ਰੱਖਿਆ ਜਾ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ? ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਆਖਿਰਕਾਰ ਕਾਨੂੰਨ ਤਾਂ ਨਿਆਂ ਲਈ ਇੱਕ ਜ਼ਰੀਆ ਹੀ ਮੰਨਿਆ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ।
ਜਦੋਂ ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਵਿਚ ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਨੂੰ ਕਿਸੇ ਕਾਨੂੰਨ ਤਹਿਤ ਗ੍ਰਿਫਤਾਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਉਸ ਦੀ ਸਾਂਭ ਸੰਭਾਲ ਦੀ ਜ਼ਿੰਮੇਵਾਰੀ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਅਦਾਲਤਾਂ ਸਿਰ ਆਉਂਦੀ ਹੈ ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਹੁਕਮਾਂ ਤਹਿਤ ਇੰਝ ਗ੍ਰਿਫਤਾਰ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ ਵਿਅਕਤੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਜੇਲ੍ਹਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਜ਼ਰਬੰਦ ਰੱਖਿਆ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ।
ਕਾਨੂੰਨ, ਨਿਆਂ ਤੇ ਮੁਕੱਦਮੇ ਦਾ ਸਾਹਮਣਾ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਨਜ਼ਰਬੰਦਾਂ ਦੇ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਨੂੰ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿੱਚ ਇੱਕ ਗੰਭੀਰ ਮਸਲਾ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਆਇਆ ਹੈ। ਤਰਨ ਤਾਰਨ ਵਿਖੇ 2019 ਵਿੱਚ ਵਾਪਰੀ ਧਮਾਕੇ ਦੀ ਇਕ ਘਟਨਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਗ੍ਰਿਫ਼ਤਾਰ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ ਇੱਕ ਨੌਜਵਾਨ ਮਲਕੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਦੀ ਸਿਹਤ ਕਾਫੀ ਨਾਜ਼ੁਕ ਹੈ। ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਬਚਪਨ ਤੋਂ ਹੀ ਸ਼ੂਗਰ ਦਾ ਰੋਗ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਜੇਲ੍ਹ ਵਿੱਚ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਟੀ.ਬੀ. ਹੋ ਗਈ ਸੀ। ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਇਲਾਵਾ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਦਿਲ ਵਿਚ ਛੇਕ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਹੁਣ ਤਾਜ਼ਾ ਸਥਿਤੀ ਇਹ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਜੇਲ੍ਹ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੀ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਕਰੋਨੇ ਦੀ ਲਾਗ ਲੱਗ ਗਈ ਹੈ। ਹੇਠਲੀ ਅਦਾਲਤ ਤੋਂ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਇੰਡੀਆ ਦੇ ਸੁਪਰੀਮ ਕੋਰਟ ਤੱਕ ਨੇ ਮਲਕੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੂੰ ਇਲਾਜ ਕਰਵਾਉਣ ਵਾਸਤੇ ਜਮਾਨਤ ਦੇਣ ਤੋਂ ਇਨਕਾਰ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ। ਹੇਠਲੀ ਅਦਾਲਤ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਸੀ ਕਿ ਮਲਕੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੂੰ ਜ਼ਮਾਨਤ ਨਹੀਂ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਜਾ ਸਕਦੀ ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਖਿਲਾਫ ‘ਯੁਆਪਾ’ ਕਾਨੂੰਨ ਤਹਿਤ ਮਾਮਲਾ ਦਰਜ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਭਾਵੇਂ ਕਿ ਅਦਾਲਤ ਨੇ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਾਸਨ ਅਤੇ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਮਲਕੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਦਾ ਇਲਾਜ ਕਰਵਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਹਦਾਇਤਾਂ ਦਿੱਤੀਆਂ ਸਨ ਅਤੇ ਉਪੱਰਲੀਆਂ ਅਦਾਲਤਾਂ ਨੇ ਵੀ ਇਸੇ ਹਿਦਾਇਤ ਨਾਲ ਸਹਿਮਤੀ ਪ੍ਰਗਟਾਈ ਸੀ ਪਰ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਬਾਵਜੂਦ ਵੀ ਮਲਕੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਦਾ ਇਲਾਜ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰਵਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ।
ਇਸ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਦੀ ਪੈਰਵਾਈ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਵਕੀਲ ਜਸਪਾਲ ਸਿੰਘ ਮੰਝਪੁਰ ਨਾਲ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਖਾਸ ਗੱਲਬਾਤ ਸਿੱਖ ਸਿਆਸਤ ਦੇ ਦਰਸ਼ਕਾਂ ਦੀ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਹਿੱਤ ਸਾਂਝੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ।

ersonalities related Sikh struggle, including Bhai Rajinder Singh Mughalwal, Bhai Lal Singh Akalgarh, Bhai Daljit Singh, Bhai Narien Singh Chaurra, Bhai Bhopinder Singh, Bhai Satnam Singh Khandewala, Bhai Satnam Singh Jhanjian, Bhai Hardeep Singh Mehraj, Bhai Amrik Singh Isru, Bhai Manjit Singh Phagwara and Bhai Sukhdev Singh Doad have announced to form a common platform to initiate dialogue for Panthic unity. They addressed a press conference at Press Club, Sri Amritsar on 28 September 2022.
Following which the first gathering would happen on 21st October at Gurudwara Shaheed Ganj, Sri Amritsar Sahib.
This interview is with Bhai Satnam Singh Khandewala. During the sikh struggle, his father, two uncles, and elder uncle Baba Charan Singh Sevadar Bir Sahib was got martyred. During the struggle, he was imprisoned for three months. Since 2004, he has been serving in the Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee as Panj Pyare Singh.
In 2015, he along with his jatha summoned the Jathedar Sahib on 21 October 2015
