Mike Rausch has worked as a reporter, producer, assistant News Director and News Director at a total of 10 TV stations and one San Francisco internet start-up. Much of his career was spent as a news director at 8 of those news operations - most of which were not #1 when he arrived but became #1 in the market during his time there. At his last station in Colorado Springs, his news team won the coveted RTDNA National Edward R. Murrow award for ‘Overall Excellence’. Dave Goldberg started out as a news photographer and went on to become a news director at more than 8 TV stations (including Los Angeles, Houston, Dallas and Nashville) and was also the corporate news director for Gillette Broadcasting.
