How to make diwali sweets adhirasam.
step 1 - first soak unboiled rice for 6 hour's.
step 2 - take away rice from water and dry for 15 - 20 minutes on a dry cloth.
step 3 - grind in mixie without water as powder
step 4 - take equal amount of jaggery , grind it into powder add 1-2 spoons of water and boil.
step 5 - add dry sukku and cardamon in the jagery.
step 6 - after boiling jaggery , test the jaggery by putting small drops in water
if they form balls , then filter it and put in rice flour and mix well.
step 7 - mix well like chapathi dough
step 8 - keep it aside for 2 or 3 hour's
step 9 - pat it into a round flat shape and put in oil and deep fry and flatten it with a big spoon/ with a vessel to put the oil out and enjoy your adhirasam.
